With over 33 years of experience and management in Architecture, Jeff Gibbons isn’t new to the Design industry. So what would drive Jeff to make a shift at this point in his career?
What Experience Teaches You
Jeff had been leading his own firm Gibbons Architecture, PA for 10 years in the Winston-Salem region. Prior to that, he was a partner at Troxell Gibbons Architecture. When he met Alex Melendez of synerBuild, (a construction project management firm), he realized that they had a lot of shared experiences and concerns with current industry methods being unable to meet clients demanding challenges, budgets & schedules.
The birth of synerBuild Design
With Jeff’s experience and desire to bring his expertise to synerBuild’s larger national client base, the two realized by working together, they could deliver an integrated project delivery method that would streamline project schedules, reduce budgets, and increase architectural quality at every step of the building process.
So, last year, Jeff and Alex joined forces and started synerBuild Design, PLLC on a mission to better serve their clients and their specific project needs. This partnership has already generated a handful of national projects, with expanded licensure within multiple states - and we’re still growing! Want to know more?
